Set of 6 Hanau-style sterling silver highball holders, ca 1910. Each: Cylindrical with open bottom. Dense repousse scrolls, flowers, and colonnades populated with pipers and strummers and a lone lady importuned by a cherub. An American adaption of turn-of-the-century German Rococo.
With glass highballs. Each: Cylindrical with acid-etched leafing scrollwork. Glass is clear.
Silver fully marked including New York maker’s (Mauser) and retailer’s (Brand-Hier) stamps and no. 765. Very good condition.
