This sophisticated Mid-Century Modernist Lucite Ice Bucket W/ Linear Detailing & Swivel Opening originates from the United States, Circa 1970. This piece features a rectilinear composition with a spherical open space in the center for holding ice. The piece opens by swiveling to the side on a hinge embedded safely within the lucite, aesthetically minimal and with a smooth function. The undersurface of the piece has diagonally oriented linear grooved detailing which reflects within the spherical opening and creates a stunning array of effects and reflections when viewed at a variety of angles. A striking piece and ideal to incorporate into your barware for special occasions or frequent use, this piece will style well with a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
