Highly decorative, large Murano glass bowl, artfully handcrafted on the famous little island of Murano in Venice - Italy. Made around 1960 in the renowned workshops of Sommerso, this fantastic looking mid century Italian glass bowl shows lovely shining purple tones. A unique large Murano glass bowl or centerpiece impressing with its artfully design and unique shape. The delicate base has been additionally highlighted with a beautiful light blue tone. It can be used for example as a fruit/ candy bowl or simply as an eye catching, decorative item.
