Description
For your pleasure today is a stunning pair of Mid 19th Century American Blown glass decanters.
Their simple elegant form is very unusual for the time when most piece were either engraved, etched or enameled. The beauty of these decanters is in there clean lines, it hard to believe that these decanters were made in the Mid 19th Century yet they look more modern than the new ones you see today. American glass, making at this time, was creating pieces that were not only beautiful but useful, remember form followers function. -
