Description
Viennese mid-century period silver bowl. The bowl is of oval form, with an oxidised surface externally, and a planished interior. The bowl is stamped "Wiener Silber Schmiede Handsgeschlagen", and assayed with the head of the Hoopoe Bird, & 1 W. These markings are used to confirm the bowl to be .935 silver, and assayed in Vienna.
