Description
Contemporary black and yellow drawing in ink and pastels by Marie-Pierre Biau. An invitation to get lost in the infinity of the cosmos or in the underwater depths.
Dimensions: 142 x 76 cm (146 x 80 x 1 cm framed)
Marie-Pierre Biau is a multidisciplinary artist who explore drawing and ceramics.
After her studies at the Beaux-Arts, she was trained in drawing by Luc Peltriaux, director of the Toulouse Drawing Academy. In parallel with her artistic practice, she created her own drawing school in Toulouse in 2010.
His abstract drawings evoke infinitely small universes like so many imaginary cartographies. It plunges us into celestial or underwater worlds, leading us into a sensory contemplation provoked by its plastic vocabulary made up of points, lines and circles.
An invitation to get lost in the infinity of the cosmos or in the underwater depths. -
