    Very rare folk art crewel work of a sailing ship with two sailboats decorated above the main vessel. Most likely American. Done in a primitive, naive style. Circa 1875 and in very good original condition. Unknown maker. Under glass. In original birds eye maple frame. Overall framed measurements are 17 by 18.5 inches. Provenance: A Long Island, New York estate.
