Wonderful Capri early morning oil painting by Cavalier Michele Federico. Signed lower right with title on hanging tag verso. Circa 1955 Condition: excellent. Provenance: A California collector. Housed in original wood and gesso with distressed gold finish frame. Overall size is 20 by 23.5 inches.
The Italian artist was born in 1884 and his seascape paintings of Capri are recognized worldwide. He died in 1966.
