    Signed (l.l.): C. Eaton.
    Oil on tin. 13 ½” x 9 ¾”, 18” x 14” (frame).
    Over-all in excellent condition. Varnish slightly discolored.
    Presented in a period 19th century carved, gilt frame.
    Provenance: Hirschl & Adler Galleries, Inc., New York; Private Collection, Massachusetts.
    This still life of a glass vase filled with flowers is most likely the work of Charles Harry Eaton, who was best known for his landscapes and interior forest scenes.
