The Angulated

$ 5,000
  • Description
    Neleman’s use of past sensibilities, nostalgia, and the distressed effects on these new paintings invites the viewer to reflect on the cyclical nature of time. The work might ask us to consider how we are shaped by history and memory, and how we come to terms with the inevitable passage of time. The artwork becomes a metaphor for the layers of experience, memory, and emotion that accumulate over a lifetime, giving a sense of depth and richness to the piece.

    In essence, Neleman’s art seems to capture the paradox of human existence—how we are constantly moving forward in time, yet are always looking back, holding onto the past, and attempting to make meaning from it.
