The softness of the light in this part of the world have made it a mecca for artists and it’s here that Penny Rumble paints her wonderful seascapes. This piece is so inviting; a gentle stroll along the sands with the wavelets gently lapping the shoreline. An expert eye allows Penny to capture the moment forever.
