Mitchell Funk takes skyscraper photography to new heights. The Central Park Tower rises to the mind-numbing height of 1,550 feet, but through Funk's lens, it soars even higher in one's aesthetic scale. Funk's use of late afternoon golden light mixed with a rack of stacked horizontal clouds reimagines the Billionaire's Row supertall.
Signed dated and numbered 3/15 lower right recto, other sizes available, 60 x 40. unframed, printed later. This work is printed on fine art Hahnemuhle paper. The color will vary from monitor to monitor.
Mitchell Funk is a pioneer of " Color Photography" In 1970 he participated in one the first " Color Photography" shows at a major museum.
