Description
Angelic golden light caresses industrial scene truck at a Chelsea West Side loading dock in 1972. The lighting transforms a gritty and oil-soiled space into something out of an impressionist painting. The image was taken 52 years ago but looks contemporary. For over 55 years Mitchell Funk has been a champion of extreme lighting and design in color photography.
