As the sun sets and the lights come on, Photographer Mitchell Funk captures the quintessential image of the Chrysler Building's Art Deco crown in a glowing sky. The vaulting progression of color in the sky is echoed in the architectural progression of of ornamental Deco elements in the crown.

He has had more than 50 Photography Magazine Covers and has had covers on Newsweek, Fortune, New York Magazine and Life Magazine among others.
