This photo is dedicated to the families who continue to work with cattle no matter how brutal the seasons can get. Day in and day out, constantly putting the well-being of their livestock before themselves, is nothing short of admirable. One of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting, Skye Clark, shows nothing but respect and humility in her demeanor and is easily someone that would outperform most of us on any given day. This photo was taken while she was sitting on the back of an old work truck completely covered in snow. The mud-covered license plate, barely showing off the iconic Wyoming bucking horse, Steamboat, framed perfectly between her snow-covered boots. This photograph is one of my favorite compositions from my many trips spent in Wyoming.
