A screenprint of a woman seemingly caught in a wind that blows her clothing and hair all around her.

She stares directly at the viewer, hands on hips, and smiles slightly. Her clothes and hair are all the same two shades of blue which contrast sharply with the mottled white background. As the title suggests, her lips stand out against her pale skin with black lipstick. This piece is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist.
