Carmela was a character. With their wild fluff and laughable likeness to a fluttering Muppet from the 1970s, silkies naturally exude charisma and charm. When in motion, their feathers become a graceful boa, as if floating glamorously past a line of paparazzi. Carmela was no exception. Her silk coat and wafting crest were definitely red-carpet worthy.
