Description
For thousands of years the raven has been a symbol of mystery & magic, its glossy black feathers scintillating with reflected light adding to its aura. This lovely bronze from artist Tim Rawlin's studio in the equally magical & mysterious Black Mountains of Wales forms part of his Dominion series. As a sculptor Rawlin's pours his own pieces & pours some of himself into his works too. This is a striking piece and catches the bird in sweeping majesty. Solid bronze mounted in stained native wood.
