    A Graceful 19th Century Austrian Biedermeier Burlwood Lit-de-Bateau Bed, from the Estate of Rudolf Nureyev, the famed Soviet ballet and contemporary dancer and choreographer, later the director of the Paris Opera Ballet, the bed was once in Nureyev’s Paris apartment, which was designed with assistance from Emilio Carcano, as seen in the September 1985 issue of Architectural Digest
