Japanese Two Panel Screen: Chickens in a Millet Grove, Meiji period (1868 - 1912) painting of a Japanese breed of chickens, Shamo chickens, in a millet grove. Beautifully painted and in wonderful condition. Mineral pigments on silk, Artist signature reads: Shiro.
