Description
This original custom made full or double bed by Warren McArthur includes it’s original original rails to support the mattresses. This unique skyscraper bed also retains it’s original decal label and rubber hockey-puck cushions attached to the bottom of the legs. The label indicates that this bed was produced after 1933 when Warren McArthur re-established his factory in Rome, New York. Warren McArthur is considered one of the foremost pre-war American modernist designers, patenting a unique system of connectors to join his aluminum tubular components into sturdy, functional and uniquely designed modernist furniture pieces.
