Description
Mid 18th century walnut wood framed German 8-Day Grandfather clock. The tall case clock featured a dark walnut case with flared base, hood with half-columns and turned finials. Iron dial with silvered chapter ring and brass decorated spandrels. The clock is in good condition with wear consistent with age / use. The clock is signed & numbered "1753, EGOR ANANCY," brass 8-day time and strike movement signed "Made in Germany," running and striking. The clock measure 96 inches high x 28 inches wide x 18 inches deep.
