Pair of Alfredo Freda brass and travertine cabinets buffets 1975
-
Description
This rare pair of cabinets or buffets was designed by Alfredo Freda and produced by Cittone Oggi in Italy in 1975. They are entirely covered by thin travertine pieces added together. The base and frame are covered by polished brass. One of the cabinets features a brass tray displayed inside a niche with opaline glass under. They both feature three doors with brass handles, with two black painted wood shelves inside. These are very fine examples of high-quality Italian design and craftsmanship, with a beautiful construction and finish. They are a really rare find, highly decorative, and sure to be an intriguing focal point for any living room or dining room. Both fully restored, and found in amazing condition.
