French 19th Century Louis XV-Style Cherry Buffet

Description
This lovely provincial Louis XV-style cherry buffet, c.1870’s, is from France and features a single long drawer with an interior divider, brass bail handles, and floral cartouche escutcheon. Below, a pair of shaped panel doors, with hand-forged steel barrel hinges and embossed escutcheons, open to reveal a single removable shelf, and shaped lower apron. The whole rests on escargot feet. Retains key.
