Description
Frattini graduated in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic in 1953.
He opened his professional studio in Milan, after working in the studio of his teacher and mentor Gio Ponti. His collaboration with Cesare Cassina for his eponymous company began in 1954, followed by collaborations with many other industrialists, such as Bernini, Arteluce, Acerbis, Fantoni, Artemide, Luci, Knoll, Lema and others.
He was a board member of the Milan Triennale. A great connoisseur of handcrafted wood, he forged a long and fruitful professional partnership with the master craftsman Pierluigi Ghianda.
Here the sideboard model number 503 with wooden structure (rosewood) and 3 cabinets, opening through rolling shutters. One of the three cabinets has 4 drawers, the others two are storage compartments with shelf.
