Pair of elegant mid-century cabinets designed by Frode Holm for Illums Bolighus, 1955, Denmark. The cabinets are crafted of the finest Brazilian rosewood and exhibit fine joinery throughout with routed edges, tapered shelves and full panel sides The locking ribbed doors feature sculpted pulls which open to reveal a mahogany interior with adjustable shelves. The sturdy cabinets are raised on plinth bases and have been well preserved over the years and were built to last. Lightly restored in a natural oil. Can be sold individually or as a pair.
