An exceptional and solid Mid-Century walnut file cabinet/credenza by B. L. Marble Furniture Company Jens Risom Style. This absolutely stunning piece features gorgeous walnut wood grain, stylish metal pulls and door hinges, a low profile, and sits atop four squared wooden legs. The handles have an elegant and simplistic design that enhance the clean lines of this beautifully grained credenza. This beautiful Cabinet Credenza features the highest quality in materials with clean interiors and drawers. Two cabinets on each side with adjustable shelves frame two file drawers and two storage drawers in the center, all sitting on metal glides providing abundant storage space. Raised on solid legs, original manufacturer’s label on interior of drawer (B. L. Marble Furniture Company). The back of the case is finished, allowing the piece to serve as a room divider. Most likely designed for an office, this cabinet would also be perfect for storing linens/serving ware in a dining room, or used in a living room or bedroom. The low profile lends itself to be placed in an entryway/foyer, or below a flat screen TV. The clean lines, beautiful grained wood with complimenting hardware accents will blend beautifully with any décor style!
Condition Report: Sturdy and stable piece; drawers open smoothly, light patina to the hardware, minimal wear. The wood grain is naturally highlighted in a light wood pattern throughout, with a rich tone. Minimal light scratches.
