Description
Pennsylvania German, probably Lancaster County, chest with three sunken panels, the center one inlaid with the initials EH and date 1767, flanked by panels inlaid with geometric stars. On what appears to be the original trestle feet, with iron carrying handles at either end. The two side returns of the base molding are restored.
