Description
A wonderfully sized six door mahogany bookcase, from 19th century Scotland. The case piece features three glass-front doors that close before two separated storage cavities. These each have adjustable finished shelves inside. The doors have their original glass, and are perfect for displaying books and decorative objects. The lower body has three doors which also close before two separated interior cavities, each with a single adjustable shelf. The extraordinary bookcase has been finished in ribbon mahogany that has a deep, rich color. All locks are in working order. circa 1860.
