An exceptional late 19th century rare French Rococo revival style floor lamp featuring amazing details. The floor lamp is made of bronze and shows great patina adding Beauty and charm to its look. Standing on a square base having four claw feet, the lamp's column is finely carved in a hammered style technique ending in a split to create a trompe d'oeil effect of two dragons symmetrically opposing each other and facing outward, while connected with a circle holding its original globe shaped amber carved shade framed by the slithering dragons. The floor lamp is elegant and rare and will be the center piece of any space. The antique floor lamp is wired and hosts one standard bulb.
