Description
A 19th century Japanese Meiji bronze torchiere or floor lamp with foliage and bird relief detail culminating in an urn form top supporting the original pierced bronze framed globe. The globe having been previously repaired, as seen in last photograph, on the base hard to notice as the damage sits inside the base of the lamp. Original globes rarely ever accompany these collectable tall lamps. Globe measurement: 5.25" height 13" diameter.
