This refined Art Deco Machine Age table lamp was realized in the United States, circa 1935. It features a volumetric circular base skyscraper style base- a form that recurs in the finial atop the two tier concave shade. This skyscraper style detailing also recurs on the cylindrical body of the lamp that ascends into a bell shaped neck capped with the tiered shade. With its iconically Art Deco lines and materials, this piece is sure to delight discerning collectors of the period as well as those with a penchant for exquisite objects. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent vintage condition.
