A Murano glass "Onfale" lamp by Luciano Vistosi for Artemide. White glass mushroom silhouette is illuminated from the interior by a lower and upper light source. The two button switch allows for separate lower and upper illuminations. Retains original "Vetri Murano" authentication label. Two available, sold individually.
