An Elegant, Timeless and Rare Set of 3 Scandinavian Mid-Century, Organic Modern Pendants in solid brass by Borens, Sweden, circa 1960. The fixtures exemplify a minimalist perspective found in Danish, Swedish and Finnish decorative arts where function and the effortless beauty of pure form are perfectly united. Each fixture utilizes 1 Edison socket and the internal brass ring structure serves as a way to both aesthetically integrate the bulb and to soften and spread light evenly. It is rare to find a matched set of 3 pieces, especially in such very good condition. Priced and Sold as a Set of 3 pieces. Dimensions: the dimensions of each brass fixture without a hanging cord is H: 10 x D: 16.5. Hanging cord can vary according to need. The piece can also be made to flush mount, use as lanterns and are ideal for task lighting in a kitchen etc.
