1950s Italian suspension lamp attributed to Ettore Sottsass for Arredoluce. An extremely sculptural design executed in green enameled metal, perspex and brass hardware. An unsigned highly refined lamp that shares numerous attributes to the iconic early work of Sottsass and Arredoluce Monza. Literature: Anty Pansera, "Arredoluce: Catalogue Raisonné 1943–1987" showing related suspension models. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Accommodates 1x US medium base 100w equivalent LED bulbs (lower with incandescent). Updated electrical, but not UL listed. Some dings, scuffs, losses and patination as largely seen in the photos and noted only for accuracy. New period style ceiling canopy for mounting over a standard American j-box Shade measures 9.75 deep x 18.5 wide x 10 inches high.
