This very rare floor lamp was produced by Falkenbergs Belysning in Sweden in the 1950s. The design is composed of the lower fixture in black painted iron with two legs ending in an organic shaped, oval foot. Mounted on top of the metal base is a tapered handle in solid elm wood. The single brass arm can be adjusted into different angles and positions. The brass shade holder is perforated at the lower end and is adjustable as well. Black turn knob to switch light on and off. The empire shaped shade is in natural rattan and can be moved into different angles.
The lamp is in very good original condition. The brass with a natural and even patina. Currently wired with a 220V European plug.
