Gae Aulenti for Candle the avant-garde production branch of Fontana Arte, cast metal body with variously shaped compartments and lamp diffusers. The lamps can be switched independently and there is a section for pens and another for stationary accessories. Named after a car trailer it appears to have more in common with a space station and given the year of design an aspirational look typical of the period.
