Gilles Caffier is renowned for his unique technique in creating topical textures on the surfaces of exquisite, limited edition pieces. Born in France, he studied fashion and textile design before becoming an art director in Tokyo. He created his own studio in 1993 and began producing his work, with Yves Saint Laurent and Paco Rabanne as some of his first clients.

Humanistic, born from the hand and nature, his pieces are sensual, sometimes unexpected, and the result of meticulous craftsmanship.
