1950s model 'EV70' wall or table lamp for Itsu. A rare and elegant wall or table lamp executed in perforated brass and black painted metal. Shade adjusts up and down. Brass loop at base allows for it to be hung on a wall. Highly reminiscent of Paavo Tynell's iconic designs for Taito Oy. An incredibly refined design that is quintessentially finish and attributed to Tapio Wirkkala.

A contemporary of Paavo Tynell, the inspired work of Tapio Wirkkala has made him an increasingly valued midcentury finish designer by collectors in the know.

Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee.
