1950s Boris Lacroix table lamp. This rare and elegant table lamp is executed in black metal and brass, France, circa 1950s. A celebrated Art Deco lighting designer who successfully made the transition to Mid-Century Modern idiom, Jean Boris Lacroix's iconic table lamp shares a similar aesthetic to the much sought after Minimalist designs of his peer and protégé, Serge Mouille. Professionally rewired for US electrical. On/off switch on base. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee.
