Pair of 1950s Boris Lacroix table lamps. This rare and elegant table lamp is executed in black metal and brass, France, circa 1950s. Shade rotates freely on brass ball joint for high adjustability. A celebrated Art Deco lighting designer who successfully made the transition to Mid-Century Modern idiom, Jean Boris Lacroix's iconic table lamp shares a similar aesthetic to the much sought after Minimalist designs of his peer and protégé, Serge Mouille. Price is for the pair. Professionally rewired for US electrical. On/off switch on base. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Please contact dealer to facilitate. Rewired in black cloth cord.
