Rare Pair of Black & Nickel Lightolier Space Age Desk Lamps Made in Japan

    Made in Japan in the 1980s, these lamps were probably designed by Gerald Thurston, who came up with many succcessful designs for Lightolier. They provide a fun look with their black plastic base and shade and a chrome plated rod for their hight-adjustability. Each features a switch on the base and signatures both below the base and on the shade.

    In very nice vintage and original condition. No pitting, corrosion, or cracks to plastic. Some normal light wear. You'll be very happy with the condition and look of these lamps.
