Description
A pair of Lp10 "Bidone" wall sconces, made of brass and glass and designed by Luigi Caccia Dominioni for Azucena in the 1950s.
Once installed, these wall lamps become undisputed protagonists of any space thanks to their generous dimensions and the sophistication of their design. The curves of the brass support enhance the opaline glass diffuser, which emits a pleasant ambient light when turned on.
Designed by Luigi Caccia Dominioni, a distinguished Italian architect who skillfully linked the city of Milan to icons of Italian design, these lamps bear the Azucena brand engraved on the back of the support. Featured in original production catalogs since 1958, the lamp model nicknamed "Bidone" is identified by the code Lp10.
The pair of appliques is in good condition and fully functional. The signs of oxidation on the brass frame testify to the passage of time, adding charm to the object. The lamps can be polished upon request.
