Pair of French Maison Baguès lantern lamps bamboo brass 1960s
-
Description
Rare pair of vintage Maison Baguès lantern floor or high table lamps made in the early 1960s. They feature a solid bamboo shaped brass structure with four upholstered panels. Their bamboo shaped brass details are typical of the French neoclassical work by Maison Baguès, and offer a timeless, sophisticated look, simple, yet with plenty of amazing details. Place these lamps prominently in your study, bedroom, or living room for a striking element of timeless French flair. They have been fully restored, rewired and refinished, covered with a linen fabric from Nobilis, reference Lipari, and are found in a great vintage condition, with a beautiful patina on the brass.
