Superb pair of hand-thrown and painted ceramic table lamps, each with a colorful figural motif, on ebonized wood bases by Marcello Fantoni, Italian 1950's (signed). These are rare and important works by the artist. They are absolutely stunning in person. They have been newly rewired. Brass has been polished and lacquered. Bases have been refinished.
