This Mid-Century Modernist Semi-Flush Mount Chandelier in Resin with Brass Fittings originates from Italy, Circa 1950. A lovely cylindrical fixture, the rounded outer surface has a band of grooved and textured resin with slender rectilinear sections of brass connecting the top and bottom elements of the frame. The bottom shade also sports beautiful texturing, gently diffusing light and creating a brilliant contrast between the sleek and polished brass surface and the textural depth of the resin. This piece hangs from a Cylindrical Rod and Canopy also in brass, unifying the piece which hangs as a semi-flush mount. This fixture will style well in a wide array of interiors and Settings, from Mid-Century to Contemporary and Minimal spaces. Newly rewired to American Standards and height can be adjusted to suit. In Excellent Vintage Condition. Accommodates Three Candelabra Based Bulbs offering 60 watts per bulb.
