Pair of French Early Modern Steel Sconces in the style of Mallet-Stevens
-
Description
Elegant pair of French Modernist Industrial wall lights that pivot in two places to reflect light up, down and at any desired angle. The pieces reflect a sober, pure, machine age attitude that avoids the streamline aesthetic in favor of rationality. Similar French pieces were designed by Mallet-Stevens and Desny and later by Jean Prouve.
