Pair of French enameled brass chrome table lamps Philippe Barbier 1970s
-
Description
This mid-century modern pair of lamps was designed by French lighting artist Philippe Barbier in the 1970s, and, with its bulbous fuchsia color enameled ceramic midsection topping a thick square base in a mix of chrome and brushed brass, is typical of his designs. Glossy Fuchsia ceramic brings all the attention, the light from the lamps reflecting off the body for a great shine. The pair casts a warm, fun mood around a room, while still feeling sophisticated, and will suit perfectly a warm bedroom. Fully restored, and in great vintage condition.
