This large pair of lamps was designed by French lighting artist Philippe Barbier in the 1970s. Made out of rich red Italian travertine stone, with brass fixtures, these lamps are typical of Barbier’s designs. Glossy red travertine brings all the attention, the light from the lamps reflecting off the body for a great shine. The pair casts a warm and French chic mood around a room, feeling sophisticated, and will suit perfectly a warm living room. Fully restored, and in great vintage condition. They are really heavy.
