Art Deco Skyscraper Style Silvered Bronze & Frosted Glass Sconces Signed Sabino
-
Description
This elegant and dramatic pair of Art Deco skyscraper style sconces were realized in France circa 1930 by the famed atelier of Sabino. They feature open v-form bodies in silvered bronze that support rectilinear fan shaped frosted glass shades replete with stylized fan form cubist skyscraper style motifs in relief. With their graphic silhouette and iconically Art Deco sculptural sensibility, these sconces are sure to delight discerning collectors of the period, as well as those with a penchant for exquisite objects. Their monochromatic palate and clean modernist lines, make these sconces as versatile as they are gorgeous, blending with any style of interior from classic Art Deco to contemporary. They are signed "Sabino France" and are in very good vintage condition.
